New World Car Park
Food Trucks and Paintball with a site in Essex Street (numbered in the 500's) will need to meet at the New World Car Park near Good as Gold before they will be permitted to enter the event.
Your arrival time
Your allocated arrival time is the time you need to arrive at New World Car Park for marshalling.
This is not necessarily the time you will enter the event. Once the food trucks have arrived, our marshals will coordinate the onward movement into the event in small groups, following the planned entry sequence.
Please arrive on time and follow the directions of the marshalling team.
Step 1: Getting to New World Car Park
New World Car Park is on Oxford Street, Tawa, Wellington. Food Trucks are to assemble on the corner next to Good as Gold.
Food Trucks coming from the North should come in via Oxford Street. If you are coming from the South turn left at Surrey Street, take the third exit at the next roundabout on to Oxford Street, then turn right into the car park.
Step 2: Check in with the marshals
When you arrive:
Know your Stall Name and Site Number or have your StallHub gate pass ready
Check in with the marshalling team.
Follow instructions about where to wait.
Remain in the designated area until you are directed to proceed.
You will not be permitted to enter the event until you have collected your entry ticket from the marshal
Step 3: Enter the event
Food trucks will be released from the marshalling area in small groups, following the planned entry sequence. You will be entering the event via the alleyway next to Pink Pineapple.
Please do not leave the marshalling area or attempt to enter the event independently unless directed by a marshal.
Step 4: Exit the event
If you have a trailer, you will need to unhook this then remove your towing vehicle from the event area.
There is a limited amount of parking available behind the pharmacy and by the Medical Centre that you can use if free. You may also be able to find a car park in Rewa Terrace - ensure that you're not blocking anything by parking there.
If you need to leave the event area to find a park, do not park your vehicle in the New World carpark or Tawa Station, find a space in the streets nearby.
