Redwood Railway Station
Food Trucks with a stall site in Cambridge Street (numbered in the 300's) will need to meet at Redwood Railway Station southern carpark before they will be permitted to enter the event.
Your arrival time
Your allocated arrival time is the time you need to arrive at Redwood Station for marshalling.
This is not necessarily the time you will enter the event. Once the food trucks have arrived, our marshals will coordinate the onward movement into the event in small groups, following the planned entry sequence.
Please arrive on time and follow the directions of the marshalling team.
Step 1: Getting to Redwood Railway Station
Redwood Railway Station is on Tawa Street, Tawa, Wellington. Marshalling is in the Southern carpark.
Food Trucks coming from the North may come along Duncan Street to enter. If you are coming from the South turn right at BP go all the way up to the roundabout before coming back down the road to turn left into the car park.
Please do not block the railway tracks or obstruct access for trains and other road users.
Step 2: Check in with the marshals
When you arrive:
Follow the designated access route.
Check in with the marshalling team.
Follow instructions about where to wait.
Remain in the designated area until you are directed to proceed.
Step 3: Enter the event
Food trucks will be released from the marshalling area in small groups, following the planned entry sequence. You will be entering the event via Oxford Street.
Please do not leave the marshalling area or attempt to enter the event independently unless directed by a marshal.
Once directed, you will exit the Railway Station and turn left on to Tawa St. Then at the roundabout by BP, take the third exit on to Main Road, then turn right into Oxford Street. Once you arrive at Cambridge Street, turn left to enter the event area.
Important reminders
Your allocated arrival time is your Redwood Station arrival time.
Do not arrive early.
Do not block the railway tracks, carpark entrance or access routes.
Follow all marshal instructions.
Allow sufficient time to reach Redwood Station before your allocated arrival time.
