Stallholder Marshalling & Event Access

Getting approximately 250 stallholders into position safely and on time takes a bit of coordination! To help make event morning run smoothly, we have a marshalling process in place to manage vehicle arrivals and get everyone to their allocated stall location.

Please read this information carefully before arriving.

How marshalling works

Every stallholder will be given an allocated arrival time and marshalling location. Your arrival time is the time you need to arrive at your assigned marshalling point, not necessarily the time you will enter the event.

When you arrive, our marshals will direct you through the process and let you know when you can proceed to your allocated stall location.

We will be moving stallholders through in a carefully managed sequence to help keep traffic flowing and avoid congestion.

Your event-day process

Check your event information email and/or StallHub: This will confirm your site number, assigned marshalling location and arrival time.
Arrive at the correct marshalling point: Please make sure you are at the location specified in your instructions by your allocated time.
Check in with our marshals: Follow their directions and remain in the designated area until you are instructed to proceed.
Enter the event when directed: Stallholders will be moved through in small groups, as part of our planned traffic management process.
Proceed to your allocated site: Follow the directions provided by the marshalling team.

Marshalling locations

We have different marshalling locations depending on your stall type and allocated position.

Tawa Park n Ride: The main marshalling location for most stallholders who are not food trucks.
Redwood Station: A designated marshalling location for approximately 15 food trucks (Cambridge Street food trucks, numbered in the 300's range).
New World Car Park: A designated marshalling location for approximately 8 food trucks (Essex Street food trucks, numbered in the 500's range).
Grasslees Reserve: A designated marshalling location for approximately 19 food trucks (Northern end food trucks, numbered in the 700's range).

Important arrival rules

Please arrive at your allocated time. We have a very tight pack-in schedule and cannot accommodate early or late arrivals.
Do not go directly to your site unless you have been specifically instructed to do so.
Follow the directions of our marshals at all times.
Please be patient while other stallholders are being directed through.
If you are unsure where to go, contact the organising team before event day.
