Tawa Railway Station (Park n Ride)
Most stallholders will be directed to Tawa Park n Ride for marshalling before proceeding to their allocated stall location.
Your arrival time
Your allocated arrival time is the time you need to arrive at Tawa Park n Ride for marshalling.
This is not necessarily the time you will enter the event. Once you have arrived, our marshals will coordinate the onward movement into the event in small groups, following the planned entry sequence. Your entrance point and exit point will depend on your site number, please review the details below carefully.
Please do not arrive early, as we have a tightly controlled pack-in schedule and need to manage traffic flow safely. Late arrivals will need to walk in.
Step 1: Getting to Tawa Park n Ride
Enter Tawa Train Station via Melville Street, which is off Oxford Street (opposite New World Car Park)
If you're coming from the South (Wellington City or Lower Hutt) turn right down Oxford Street to get to Melville Street.
If you're coming from the North, turn left at the road closure down Sussex Street, and take the third exit at the next roundabout on to Oxford Street.
Step 2: Marshalling
When you arrive, follow the directions of our marshals.
Check in with the marshalling team.
Follow instructions about where to wait.
Remain in the designated area until you are directed to proceed.
Step 3: Enter the event
Stallholders will be released from the marshalling area in small groups, following the planned entry sequence. Please drive at walking speed with hazard lights on, taking care to look out for pedestrians, particularly when driving through the New World car park.
Please do not leave the marshalling area or attempt to enter the event unless directed by a marshal.
Entry point to the event will depend on your Site Number:
100 - 299 - Blue line - Turn left onto Oxford St, enter the event area by turning right onto Main Road
400-431 - Orange line - Enter the event via Cambridge Street, taking the third exit at the roundabout
500 - 699 - Enter through NW Carpark (Oxford St entrance) at Pink Pineapple. If your number starts with 5, turn left. If it starts with 6, turn right.
Step 4: Exit the Event
Please read this information carefully, as you may not exit the way you came in.
We ask that you unload your vehicle as quickly as possible, and remove it from the event area before setting up your stall. There will be volunteers on hand to assist.
Please do Not return to the Tawa Train Station for parking, as this is needed for marshalling - there is plenty of free parking in the surrounding streets. You can't park on Oxford Street - this is a detour and will have cones to ensure the way is kept clear.
Take care not to block anyones driveway or park on footpaths or you risk being towed or ticketed.
100 - 205 - Exit out Oxford St
206-220 - Exit out Cambridge Street
221-226 - Exit out Oxford St
227 - 261 - Exit out Cambridge Street
420 - 431 - Exit out Cambridge Street
400 - 419 - Exit out Lyndhurst Road
500 - 599 - Exit via Pink Pineapple through New World carpark
600 - 699 - Exit out Lincoln Ave
Do not return to Tawa Train Station or New World car park for parking please.
Vehicle Parking
Do not return to Tawa Train Station to park your car - this area is needed for marshalling. Find a carpark in the streets nearby.

Your allocated arrival time is your Tawa Station arrival time.
Arrive at your designated time.
Follow all marshal instructions.
Allow sufficient time to reach Tawa Station before your allocated arrival time.
